About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera is grown on the slopes of Alto Monferrato at an altitude of 350 m. Tenimenti Ca' Bianca is based in the commune of Alice Bel Colle, Piedmont, and has around 39 hectares of vineyards across the Alto Monferrato hills.
Vinification
The wine undergoes approximately four days of maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
It matures in steel vessels for five months.
Label / history
Ca' Bianca was founded in the early 1950s and is one of the region's youngest wineries.
