About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the slopes of Alto Monferrato at an altitude of 350 metres.
Vinification
The wine undergoes around five days of maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
It rests in stainless-steel tanks for five months.
