The fruit is grown in Roero, between Monferrato and Langhe, at an altitude of 350 metres.
Ageing
The wine rests for five months in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
Ca'Bianca is based in the commune of Alice Bel Colle in Piedmont. Founded in the early 1950s, the estate covers approximately 39 hectares in the hills of Alto Monferrato.
