About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards within the area defined by the Piemonte DOC production specifications. The mainly sandy-calcareous soils are planted to vertical trellises and pruned using the Guyot system. Maximum permitted yield is 9.5 tonnes per hectare. The fruit is picked entirely by hand in early October.

100% Grignolino.
Vinification
After destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled 24–26°C. The must remains in contact with the skins for 4–6 days. Malolactic fermentation is completed.
Ageing
The wine matures for 3–4 months in stainless steel before bottling.
Technical data
Alcohol: 12% vol. Available vintage: 2025.
Tasting profile
Ruby red. The aroma is lively and fruit-led, with a light spicy accent. The palate is dry and easy-drinking.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. Intended for drinking on release, it suits starters, flavourful soups and white meats.
