About this wine
Vinification
The Glera grapes are harvested in the second half of September, then cleaned and gently pressed at the winery. The juice is chilled and inoculated with selected yeasts. The first fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 8–10 days, followed by a second fermentation in sealed cuvée tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with salads, pizza, seafood pasta and appetisers.
