About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Tenuta Valleselle estate vineyards on the slopes of Bardolino Classico.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early October, then destemmed and gently pressed. Maceration and fermentation take place for 8–10 days at a controlled temperature of 22–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks in the estate’s cellars.
