About this wine
Grapes
Corvina and Corvinone, with 10% Rondinella.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at ideal ripeness from late September to early October. At the winery they are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and maceration, to extract colour and aroma, last 7–10 days at a controlled temperature of 20–24 °C.
Tasting profile
Refreshing and well balanced, with expressive cherry notes and delicate, silky tannins.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with Italian dishes, aromatic cheeses and white meat.
