About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Lagrein is grown organically in vineyards in Trentino. Predominantly limestone soils impart distinctive mineral notes. The climate is cool, with marked differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, they are gently pressed and undergo a short cold maceration on the skins, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
