About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the province of Chieti.
Vinification
Harvest begins in early September. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months.
