About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Le Rosse vineyard in the hills of Valpolicella Classica, an area better known for red wines.

Vinification
The technical specification gives 10 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
Maturation lasts 4 months in stainless-steel tanks.

Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow with pale green highlights. The bouquet opens with ripe pear and Golden Delicious apple, developing delicate suggestions of hay and almond in the glass. The palate is dry and harmonious, ending particularly fresh and savory.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Enjoy as an aperitif or with hors d’oeuvres, fish dishes, risotto, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Label / history
The Tommasi family began producing this white wine in Valpolicella Classica in 1997, taking on the challenge of cultivating Pinot Grigio in a territory renowned for red wines.
