Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hilly vineyards in the Venice area. The local climate is favourable and consistently yields grapes with lively acidity and a clear expression of the variety.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at optimal ripeness and carefully sorted. They are gently pressed as whole bunches to preserve freshness and delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in steel tanks. The wine is filtered before bottling to keep the flavours clean.
Ageing
A few months on the lees add depth and texture.
