About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Since 2014 the wine has been made with grapes from the Veneto, a change made to improve its quality. Pinot Grigio from this area is known for being light and fruity.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must is chilled to 8 °C and fermented in stainless steel tanks at no more than 15 °C, which preserves as much of the grapes' aroma as possible and gives a fresh, balanced taste.
Ageing
The wine spends some time in stainless steel tanks at 10 °C for stabilisation, then is filtered and bottled.
Tasting profile
Fresh and balanced, with lively fruit acidity and a smooth, easy-drinking character. The aromas are fruity.
Serving and pairing
Easy to enjoy with a wide range of foods without close attention to pairing. It works especially well with lighter poultry, fish and seafood dishes.
