About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The production area extends across the adjoining northern Italian regions of Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige and Friuli. Its cool-to-moderate climate is suited to the production of crisp white wines.

Grapes

92% Pinot Grigio and 8% Chardonnay. Chardonnay is incorporated into the final blend to enhance its colour and texture.

Vinification

The grapes are vinified at a cool temperature to retain their bright varietal character. Selected yeasts contribute additional fullness and texture.

Tasting profile

Straw yellow with green highlights. Aromas bring together fresh citrus, green apple, orange blossom, tropical fruit and a floral accent. The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with fresh tropical-fruit flavours and a hint of almond.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 14°C. Pair with creamy mushroom pasta, roasted chicken, fish or mature cheeses.

Vintage notes

The 2025 season began with a mild winter and limited early rainfall. Abundant spring rain delayed budbreak by about two weeks and encouraged vigorous early growth. From early June, the weather became drier, with temperatures frequently above the seasonal average.

The 2024 wine received 89 points from James Suckling and 85 points from Wine Enthusiast. James Suckling awarded the 2022 vintage 90 points.
