The fruit comes from a single vineyard covering 1 hectare. The crop was small.
Vinification
The grapes were carefully harvested by hand and vinified in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matured for 48 months in large oak casks, followed by at least 6 months in bottle.
