About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside vineyards around Montespertoli in Tuscany.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are taken to the winery, pressed and macerated before alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for three months in 3,000- and 6,000-litre oak barrels.
