Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo and Chardonnay grapes are grown in Acate and reflect the local terroir.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late August to early September, then fermented.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests in steel tanks and then in bottle.

Bright and sunny in character, with a fresh palate.
Label / history
The label draws on the Baroque culture associated with the Ragusa valley. It features the faces of stone masks expressing different personalities and moods.
