About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from three vineyards, in Monforte, Castiglione Falletto and Castiglione Tinella. The vines are 40 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 12 days. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 14 months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in Slavonian oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered at the estate.

A lively red.
