About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The wine comes from Maremma in southern Tuscany.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at full ripeness in late September and gently pressed. A short, temperature-controlled maceration is followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine rests on its fine lees in steel for four months, developing roundness and softness while retaining freshness and clean flavour. It then ages in bottle for at least three further months, which brings greater harmony.

Tasting profile

Harmonious and lively, with natural freshness balanced by structure. The profile combines roundness and softness with clean flavour, Tuscan warmth and understated elegance.
