About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the morainic hills of the Treviso region. The soils have a distinctive composition that imparts an unusual mineral character.
Vinification
Whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method at 15–16 °C. Stainless steel and controlled temperatures preserve the range of Glera aromas without introducing woody notes. Fermentation is stopped by rapidly lowering the temperature, after which the wine is stabilized and bottled.
Tasting profile
Fresh and lively, with a fruity character, citrus notes and refreshing acidity. The bubbles are fine and gently soft, accompanied by an unusual mineral character.
