About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Monferrato, at 200–300 metres above sea level, on sandstone soils mixed with limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The juice is then held at low temperature in pressurised fermentation tanks until the desired carbonation is reached, following the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine spends at least 18 months on the lees.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with delicate aromas of bread crust and a balanced structure.
