About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate’s vineyards on the slopes of the Vulture volcano, at 450–700 m above sea level, in fertile volcanic soils.
Vinification
The wine is made using traditional white-wine methods and vinified in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
It spends four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by one month in bottle.

Fresh.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood or a selection of cheeses.
Label / history
Domino is the red-clad hero of the carnival in Labello. Historically, this mysterious mask concealed lovers who could come close only during a carnival dance. The winery’s “Domino” series takes its theme from the mystery, romance and liveliness of Italian carnival.
