About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in fertile volcanic soils on the slopes of the Vulture volcano, at 450–700 m above sea level.
Vinification
The wine is made in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
It remains in stainless-steel tanks for four months, followed by two months in bottle.
Serving and pairing
Suggested pairings include crab, shrimp or spiny lobster starters, grilled sea fish, sushi and creamy cheeses.

Domino is the central figure of the carnival in Labello. Historically, this mysterious mask concealed lovers who could meet only during a carnival dance.
