Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the slopes of Mount Vulture, at 450–700 metres above sea level, in fertile volcanic soils.
Vinification
The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for one year in stainless-steel tanks.

Label / history
The name refers to Domino, a masked character from the carnival in Labello. The mask recalls an earlier time when lovers concealed their identities and could meet only through dancing at the carnival. The collection takes its theme from the mystery, romance and lively spirit of an Italian carnival.
