About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate’s vineyards in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of September. The must is vinified using the traditional method for sparkling wines.
Ageing
The wine rests for 3–6 months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by 10–12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Elegant.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, especially shellfish, as well as fresh vegetables and pasta with wild herbs and asparagus.
