About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed in a horizontal press. Fermentation lasts eight days at a controlled temperature of 25–28 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation, which lowers the acidity and produces a rounder, fuller palate.
Tasting profile
Round and full on the palate, with reduced acidity following malolactic fermentation.
