Grapes
A blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero.
Vinification
Half of the grapes undergo initial fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The remaining half is held at 0 °C without fermentation. The two portions are then blended and undergo secondary fermentation by the Charmat method.

Bright and elegant, with fragrant fruit and floral aromas.
Label / history
The Dress Code Collection explores the effect of blending Glera with another grape variety. Its three wines pair Glera respectively with Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero, with white, grey and black colour identities distinguishing the trio.
