Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested while retaining fresh acidity and bright flavours. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes primary fermentation, followed by a second fermentation in sealed stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Fine, elegant bubbles accompany a light creaminess and lively character. The nose has delicate notes of green apple and pear, light citrus accents and a hint of white flowers.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with bruschetta topped with soft cheeses and herbs, seafood tartare, and light salads.
