Vineyard and terroir
The estate vineyards lie in the communes of Castiglione and Randazzo. Their black soils contain traces of sand, minerals and volcanic ash.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second week of October and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
