Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in estate vineyards in the communes of Castiglione di Sicilia and Randazzo. The black soils contain traces of sand, minerals and volcanic ash.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second week of October and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
