Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from four vineyards in Verduno covering approximately 1 hectare in total: east-facing Boscatto at 250–370 m, west-facing Cristiani at 250–280 m, west-facing Sotto orti at 270–310 m, and Semolino at 320–350 m with western and eastern exposures. The soils consist of limestone and silt. The vines average around 40 years of age, are Guyot-trained and are planted at 4,500 vines per hectare.

100% Dolcetto.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand in the second half of September. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks for 6–8 days at a constant 25–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 5–7 months in stainless-steel or cement tanks, followed by at least 1–2 months in horizontally laid bottles. Bottling takes place in May or June following the harvest.
Tasting profile
A classic, highly drinkable Dolcetto d’Alba focused on the variety’s characteristic fruit aromas, supported by a rounded, balanced body.
