Paired with both white and black truffles; its measured structure accompanies the truffle without overwhelming it.
Label / history
Bianco d'Altarocca and Rosso d'Altarocca were the first wines bearing the estate’s signature names. Both were conceived with distinct varietal identities, Chardonnay for the white and Merlot for the red.
