Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Franciacorta, south of Lake Iseo, between Brescia to the east and the Oglio River to the west. The area’s climate and geography are notably similar to those of Champagne. Its soils comprise clay and limestone, allowing humus to penetrate to depth.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only healthy, ripe fruit selected. The cuvée blends base wines from different years.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for at least two years.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with particularly fine bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with refined fish or white-meat dishes.
