Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested in early October. Vinification is traditional, with skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28 °C for 9 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 16 months in total: six months in stainless steel tanks, six months in old Slavonian oak barrels, and four months in the cellar after bottling.
