Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow, bright and dense. The nose is harmonious and elegant, with persistent floral and white-fleshed-fruit aromas. The palate is fresh, direct and enveloping, combining pronounced acidity with elegant texture and persistent minerality. Its acidity and mineral persistence point to the capacity to gain character and balance with time.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C. Pair with shellfish, raw fish, dishes with more pronounced flavours, and cheeses aged up to medium maturity. It may be enjoyed immediately or kept for up to 15 years from the vintage.
