The Chardonnay is grown in the estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
After the first racking, the wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks, with periodic stirring.
