The fruit comes from at least 20 estate vineyards.
Vinification
The Pinot Nero grapes are macerated on their skins with regular punch-downs until the first signs of fermentation. Fermentation then takes place partly in small oak barrels.

Refined and elegant.

Produced in very limited quantities, accounting for around 3% of Bellavista’s total production.
