Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay and Pinot Nero come from Berlucchi’s own vineyards, cultivated using advanced viticultural practices.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in 18 kg boxes. Fermentation and the initial maturation together extend for more than 18 months.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine matures for at least another two months, allowing its oxidation–reduction processes to reach completion.
