The grapes grow in Castagnole delle Lanze and Costigliole d'Asti, in vineyards with clay- and calcium-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in oak barrels, followed by at least three months in bottle.
