Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown organically in environmentally managed vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After pressing, the must ferments in steel tanks for 20 days.
Ageing
The wine remains in steel tanks until bottling.
Serving and pairing
Pair with Mediterranean dishes, grilled red meat, and mature or semi-hard cheeses.
