The grapes come from vineyards in the province of Modena.

Lambrusco di Sorbara.
Vinification
The grapes undergo red vinification with 2–3 days of skin contact. Secondary alcoholic fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature in a pressure tank according to the Charmat method. Fermentation is concluded before the fruit’s naturally occurring sugars have been completely consumed.

Tasting profile
Transparent ruby red with violet reflections and a pale-purple mousse. The broad, fresh bouquet recalls small red berries and violet. The palate is soft, with balanced, harmonious acidity and flavours of strawberry and sour cherry.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. The wine’s fresh softness complements charcuterie appetizers and savoury pies, as well as filled pasta and uncomplicated meat dishes.
