The grapes come from vineyards in the province of Modena.

Vinification
The grapes undergo red vinification with 2–3 days of skin contact. Secondary alcoholic fermentation then takes place in stainless-steel pressure tanks at a controlled temperature according to the Charmat method.

Tasting profile
Clear ruby red, with a mousse showing purplish reflections. The bouquet is intense and fruit-driven, accented by violet. The palate is fresh and balanced, with red-berry notes.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. Its lively semi-sparkling character suits charcuterie appetizers, pasta with white-meat ragù or seafood sauces, and traditional Emilian cuisine.
