Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards around the Secchia and Panaro rivers, north of Modena.

Lambrusco di Sorbara.
Vinification
After crushing, the grapes undergo cold maceration in small tanks at low temperature for 2–3 days. The first alcoholic fermentation is followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method at controlled temperature, with must added.
Technical data
Lambrusco di Sorbara D.O.C. semi-sparkling, semi-sweet wine. Alcohol: 8% vol. Residual sugar: 45 g/L. Format: 75 cl.
Tasting profile
Clear ruby red, with a persistent mousse showing violet reflections. The bouquet is intensely fruity. The palate is soft, harmonious and fruit-driven, with raspberry, cherry and wild-strawberry notes.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. The wine pairs with Italian charcuterie and Mediterranean dishes and can also accompany international and fusion cuisine.
Label / history
The Tre Medaglie range represents the Cavicchioli family's connection to Modena and its winemaking tradition. Its history is traced to 1928, when Umberto Cavicchioli began producing his Lambrusco “Tradizione”; Tre Medaglie carries forward that legacy.
