Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in the Chianti area at an altitude of 270 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in March following the harvest and rests for two months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
Serving and pairing
Suggested pairings include meat, poultry, lasagna, risotto, pepperoni, pizza with bacon and arugula, and bruschetta with tuna, potatoes and tomatoes.

Cecchi is a family-owned company founded in Tuscany in 1893 by wine broker Luigi Cecchi. It is now led by Cesare and Andrea Cecchi.
