Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Berici Hills (Colli Berici), a series of ancient volcanic formations between Verona and Padua. The area has a very mild, sunny climate similar to that of the Mediterranean, and a history of grape growing spanning millennia.
Vinification
Produced by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
