The grapes are grown in the Manduria area, in clay soils with limestone deposits.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and carefully selected before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine matures in stainless-steel tanks and wooden barrels.
