Cielo e Terra was founded in 1908. Its name combines terra, the Italian word for “earth,” with Cielo, the founding family’s surname. The company began expanding its production under Pietro Celo in 1930, and established new vineyards in 1962. It is now managed by fourth-generation brothers Luca and Pierpaolo Celo and owns about 300 ha of land. Cielo e Terra is also part of Gruppo Cantine Colli Berici.
