Tasting profile
Ruby red with violet nuances when young. The fruit-led bouquet combines ripe red cherry, sour cherry, blackberry and amarena with elegant spice, balsamic nuances and a faint herbal suggestion. Fresh and savoury, the palate is full and harmonious, with a velvety texture and a long, fruity finish. Refreshing acidity balances the alcohol, while the tannins are fine and restrained.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12–14°C. Pair with elaborate first courses, straightforward meat dishes or game.
