Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a 6 ha organically farmed vineyard planted with vines aged 45–55 years.
Vinification
Maceration and fermentation take place in concrete tanks for 3–10 days with natural yeasts. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining.
Ageing
The wine matures in small cement vessels for 2–3 years.
Tasting profile
The nose is broad and complex. The palate is slightly sweet, reminiscent of Alsace wines, with a fine balance between sweetness and a salty note.
