Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from approximately 100-year-old vines in a 12 ha organic hillside vineyard at 300 m, with limestone-rich soil.
Vinification
Maceration and fermentation take place in concrete tanks for 3–10 days with natural yeasts. The wine is bottled without filtration or clarification.
Ageing
The wine matures in small cement vessels for 2–3 years.
Tasting profile
Layered aromas lead to a soft, mineral-driven palate.
