Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown biodynamically, using only sulfur, manure, silica and cover crops in the vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed but not pressed. Maceration takes place in concrete vats without added sulfur for three to ten days, depending on the must. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
It rests for two to three years in small concrete tanks.

Rich, powerful and balanced, with elegance and energy.
